ROCK 2021 Retreat Registration - June 5, 2021

PARTICIPANT MUST BE A REGISTERED ROCK MEMBER TO ATTEND.

At this time masks are not required to participate in St. Peter Ministry activities. Participants are welcome to wear masks . We will do most of the activities outdoors and will practice social distancing indoors as much as possible.

Please bring a sunscreen, towel and bathing suit. No bikini bathing suits please.

Phones are not allowed during the retreat. Participants may bring their phones and use them at lunch to check in with parents if necessary. Phones are to be kept in belongings or held by youth minister. If parent/guardian would need to contact their child they may call the youth minister, Ashley Gervais, at
504-289-2436.

TERMS:

I, as assigned parent/guardian understand my child(ren) will be involved in optional outdoor activities such as outdoor sports, swimming, and running. Lifeguards will be present during swimming. Adequate water and breaks will be provided during all activities.

to participate in this parish activity at location away from the parish site. This activity will take place under the guidance and direction of parish employees and/or volunteers from St. Peter Parish, Covington.
