AYF 2018 MERCHANDISE VENDOR Request Form - Credit Card Payable

A vendor is any INDIVIDUAL, RELIGIOUS ORDER, INSTITUTION or COMPANY wishing to sell merchandise at the Abbey Youth Festival. Materials MUST be in keeping with the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church. As such, samples of materials may be requested by the Abbey Youth Festival office for the purpose of review prior to approval being given to a VENDOR.

All VENDORS including Religious orders are allowed two representatives with each 10' X 10' VENDOR space. All religious must be in good standing with their local ordinary to attend. ALL adults must be in compliance with the Safe Environment guidelines of their home diocese. Additional persons (those not covered in the Vendor rental) must be registered on the GROUP form provided on this site.

Meals are NOT provided for VENDORS. Vendors are welcome to bring their own food into the event. Vendors (layman or religious) may NOT take their meals in the backstage VIP area. Meals may be purchased using the form provided here. We respectfully ask that you are attentive to this guideline.

For a fee of $150, vendors are provided with one (1) 10' X 10' space including four (4) 8' tables inside the new ENCLOSED Vendors' Tent. Vendors are provided with credentials for two (2) adults per 10' X 10' space requested.

Vendors may NOT bring children under the age of 13 with them to AYF. All teens must be appropriately registered through either the GROUP or FAMILY form as well as chaperoned.

At the close of AYF, Vendors are asked to submit a 10% tithe of all funds collected at AYF back to St. Joseph Abbey and Seminary College. This donation is respectfully requested by April 6, 2018.

VENDORS must submit proof of insurance in order to participate in AYF. The exhibitor agrees it has the sole responsibility for obtaining insurance as outlined below and that neither AYF, nor any other party has purchased insurance on exhibitor's behalf and is under no obligation to do so. All exhibitors are required to provide the AYF Director with a certificate of insurance which should include:
Proof of insurance coverage for Saint Joseph Abbey and Seminary College.

Saint Joseph Abbey and Seminary College must be added as an additional insured under the renter’s policy
for Comprehensive General Liability, which provides the minimum coverage:

Bodily injury, death, and property damage including completed operation, premises and operations coverage in the amount of $1,000,000 for any one person with an aggregate of $2,000,000 for any one occurrence.

$500,000 for property damage.

Renter agrees to defend, protect, indemnify, and hold harmless SJASC and their respective directors, employees, agents and officers against and from all claims arising from the negligence or fault of Renter or any of its agents, officers, volunteers, partners, organizational members, or associates for activities performed pursuant to this agreement. SJASC agrees to defend, protect, indemnify, and hold harmless Renter and their respective directors, employees, agents, and officers against and from all claims arising from the negligence or fault of Renter or any of its agents, officers, volunteers, partners, organizational members, or associates for activities performed pursuant to this agreement.
