Below is the Joyful Christian Preschool Enrollment Application for the 2023-2024 School Year. Please complete this form to the best of your ability. For children age 3 or 4 before 12/1/2023 Classes Meet from 9:00am - 11:45am Tuition Rates: 2 days per week (Thursday - Friday) - $150 per month 3 days per week (Monday - Wednesday) - $199 per month 5 days per week (Monday - Friday) - $310 per month Enrollment Fee: $15 non-refundable (once per year). ($10 OFF for those enrolled on or before March 29th - Open House) Enrollment is on “First Come, First Served” basis. Early enrollment is encouraged as classes fill up quickly! To enroll and SECURE your preferred class, please submit the following: 1.) Completed Enrollment Application 2.) Tuition for June 2024 3.) Enrollment Fee ($15/$5 if you register by March 29th, 2023) 4.) Child Safety Form 5.) Medical report w/ current Immunization Record (not due until July 2023) Payment may be made out to "Joyful Christian Preschool" and either mailed or dropped off to the school office.
