Registration Information
Don't come alone! JOP is best experienced with a local faith community. Individuals are welcome to register, but it is much better to get your parish/school group organized and register together.
The adult to youth chaperone ratio is (1-10). Transportation to and from the event is the responsibility of the individual/group. We have limited capacity for transportation during the week, which is also why we encourage youth groups to participate together in order to ensure
OYYAM has some staff who may serve as an Adult Chaperone for youth from communities without a youth minister. Space is limited; contact OYYAM at 406.442.5820.
Read the Handbook for more details about the week: https://diocesehelena.org/jop
Before proceeding, you will need the following for each person you register:
1) Name, Phone, Email, Address, DOB, and Sex
2) Adult Chaperone Name (every youth must have a designated adult chaperone before registering)
3) Emergency Contact Information
4) Medical Information & Dietary Restrictions
(see JOP Handbook for details: https://diocesehelena.org/jop).
