St. Ignatius New Student Waitlist Application 24-25

This application is to join the waitlist at St. Ignatius Catholic School. There is a partial application fee of $50 to join the waitlist.

Disclaimer: Please read , sign, and return this page to complete the application process. Every acceptance is not complete until all documents are received. This includes a copy of the original birth certificate, a copy of the baptismal certificate, a copy of the blue immunization record, and an official transcript from the prior school. Immunizations must be up-to-date for enrollment.

Admission Age Requirements: The child must be 2 years old by September 10 to enter PreK2,
3 years old by September 10 to enter PreK3, 4 years old by September 10 to enter PreK4 , 5
years old by September 10 to enter Kindergarten, and 6 years old by September 10 to enter 1st grade.

Immunization Requirements:
All students enrolled in the Archdiocese of Mobile are required to be immunized. Students
must supply the school with evidence of immunization from the Alabama Department of Health. A student may be exempt from immunization for medical reasons if the student/parents presents the school with a medical exemption card from the Alabama Department of Health.
