Pertinent Details:
When: Sunday, September 24. Arrive as close to 11:30am as you can. We will begin games at 12noon or as soon as we have enough teams checked-in.
Where: Conrad Baseball Complex (171 Granite, Conrad, MT 59425)
Cost: $10 per person (Includes lunch)
Teams: 8-12 person co-ed teams of all ages (minimum of 4 of each sex)
Youth-to-Chaperone Ratio: 11:1
Who: All Ages! (Players younger than 7 are encouraged to be cheerleaders/mascots of their favorite team, but may play if both team captains agree to permit them to play.)

Some Definitions/Notes:
Group Registration: Individuals are discouraged from registering. You should register with YOUR TEAM.
ON-SITE REGISTRATION: Please register your team online by September 21. We will, however, accept on-site registration, but it slows everything down. So please register ahead of time!
Each team needs a Team Captain, who should be an adult who can also manage payments, permission slips, etc. Ideally, that is your youth minister.
Churches/schools may register as many teams as they like.
In the case that you do not have a full team, you may register individuals and designate them as "Free Agents." Free Agents will be placed onto teams the day of the tournament.
Code of Conduct, Medical and Media Release Form: Every player must sign (or have their parent/guardian sign) this form. You can do it online with this registration form or print a paper copy and turn it in at registration. (Find a paper copy at https://diocesehelena.org/kickball)
Payments: Each church/school/group will manage payment differently. Contact your local youth minister or church and get organized before signing up.
After completing the registration, you may pay by card online or print an invoice and mail a check to the diocese, made payable to "Diocese of Helena" with "[Participant/Group Name] Kickball Tournament" in the memo:

Refund Policy:
Cancel on or Before September 21: Full Refund. No refunds after September 21.
For Youth Ministers: All youth participants should arrange transportation with an adult; youth should not drive themselves.
Each team can have up to 12 people, but churches/schools can have as many teams as they like.
We discourage individuals from registering; Organize your team(s) first, then register as a team.

Be creative and fun, but appropriate for a family-friendly, Christian event. OYYAM reserves the right to change, edit, or refuse any team name.
Free Agents:We discourage individuals from registering. Please get your team organized first, designate a Team Captain, then register your team together.
If you do not have a team, you may enter "Free Agent" here as your team name, and we will assign you to a team the day of the tournament.
