The Diocese of Helena will be organizing a delegation to participate in this popular event. Use this form to register as a member of our delegation!

Registration is to be managed through the local parish/school! Please do not register as an individual. NCYC is meant to be experienced with a local parish/school. Coordinate with your local parish/school to confirm who will be leading your parish group before registering.
All youth must be accompanied by an adult who meets Diocese of Helena Safe Environment Policies (VIRTUS). This is usually the youth minister or other adult volunteer from the parish/school and will also help coordinate travel, food, and housing. Do not register without first communicating with your local youth minister/pastor and confirming an Adult Chaperone for your youth.

Estimated Cost: $1,275 per person. Travel is to be arranged by the individual/youth group, and is estimated to be $600 (airfare, ground transportation, baggage fees, etc.).
Registration is $675 and includes: NCYC ticket, hotel, shirt/swag, and one meal each day. This is to be paid to the Diocese of Helena in two installments:
-1st Deposit of $300 (with this form) due August 1
-2nd Installment: $375 due September 23
Who can go: Grades 9-12 and their adult chaperones
Before Registering: YOUTH MUST HAVE A DESIGNATED ADULT CHAPERONE WHO WILL ASSUME CHAPERONING RESPONSIBILITIES. Please do not register a youth for this event until you have confirmed an Adult Chaperone with your local parish/school.
You may register up to 15 people total with this form (for both youth and adult chaperones). If you need to register more, then you will need to submit more than 1 form.
Payment: After completing the form, you will have the option to either

Refunds: NCYC is a ticketed event. Once you purchase a ticket, it cannot be refunded. Therefore, cancellations are subject to the following fees:
-On or before Sept. 1: $100 cancellation fee.
Sept. 2-Sept. 23: $300 cancellation fee.
-Sept. 23-Nov. 1: $500 cancellation fee.
