When: Sunday, September 22. Check-in opens at 11am. We will begin games at 12noon or as soon as we have enough teams checked-in.
Where: McCarthy Park (S Harrison Ave., Townsend, MT 59644)
Cost: $10 per person (Includes lunch)
Teams: 8-12 person co-ed teams of all ages (minimum of 4 of each sex)
Youth-to-Chaperone Ratio: 10:1
Who: All Ages! (Players younger than 7 are encouraged to be cheerleaders/mascots of their favorite team, but may play if both team captains agree to permit them to play.)
Group Registration: Individuals are discouraged from registering. You should register with YOUR TEAM.
Each team needs a Team Captain, who should be an adult who can also manage payments, permission slips, etc. Ideally, that is your youth minister.
Code of Conduct, Media & Medical Release Form: Each player (or their parent/guardian) must submit a signed release form. This can be done by either bringing a signed form to check-in or it can be submitted electronically here: https://web4u.forms-db.com/view.php?id=2342146
