Where: Whitefish, MT (we will be staying at St. Charles Borromeo Parish - 23 Baker Ave., Whitefish, MT 59937)
Who: High School Youth in Grades 9-12 and their adult chaperones
All participants: All participants - youth and chaperones - are expected to stay at the parish facility overnight on Friday and Saturday. Separate sleeping rooms will be made based on age and sex. All youth participants must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or an Adult Chaperone (21+) who meets all Diocese Safe Environment policies (VIRTUS). Parents/Guardians and Adult Chaperones do not have to ski with their youth, but they must remain on the Whitefish Mountain Resort campus when their youth are skiing.
Chaperones: All high school youth must be accompanied by either a parent/guardian or an adult (21+) who meets Diocese of Helena Safe Environment policies (VIRTUS).
Cost: $40, plus costs of lift ticket and equipment. The $40 covers food and housing for the retreat. Each individual will also have to provide their own lift ticket and equipment, which will vary based on several factors (e.g. if you have your own equipment, then you won't have to pay to rent.).

-Buddy Pass for Adult Chaperones: $65*
-Beginner Area Lift Ticket: $32
-Equipment Rental: Estimated $40 (Must make your own reservations ahead of time!)
Lift ticket options/notes:
If you have a season pass to another ski area in Montana (e.g. Great Divide), you may get a free or discounted rate for your lift ticket at Whitefish Mountain. You will need to consult your season pass location for details.
*Adult Chaperones: Because we want to honor your willingness to help chaperone young people, we have a limited number of Buddy Passes available to you at a discounted rate ($60). Adult Chaperones must stay overnight at the Church. Chaperones are not required to ski, but you do have to be on the mountain.
Transportation: Adult Chaperones will be responsible for transporting their youth to/from the parish and the mountain. Youth are not to transport themselves or other youth.
