2025-26 Wednesday Middle School Youth Ministry Registration Form

Sacred Heart Middle School Youth Ministry is a program for all parish teens in public, Catholic and homeschool in grades 6th- 8th grade.

6TH-8TH GRADE YOUTH MINISTRY
In our seventh year of comprehensive Middle School Youth Ministry, we will be continuing our holistic approach to the life of a teenager! Not only will they learn about their faith, they will learn it by encountering Christ in new experiential ways—with hands on activities, games, prayer experiences (kinesthetic), lessons, witness talks, music, small group discussions (auditory) and visually through demonstrations, multimedia and more. It will reach into their everyday life and meet them where they are spiritually, mentally, and physically. It will give them a toolbox to connect their faith to their everyday activities such as sports, homework, theater performances, friendships, daily teenage struggles, current events and more.

A comprehensive Youth Ministry program allows teens to experience many things they never would have tried before and helps them to grow in confidence and discover and share their gifts and talents with the world.

On September 10th, we will kick off our weekly Middle School Youth Ministry with all 6th, 7th and 8th grade students. Meetings will take place in the School gym. There will be two class time frame options: 4:30-5:45 or 6:30-7:45 p.m. Small groups are assigned on a first come, first serve request basis, so I recommend signing up sooner than later to be assigned with friend requests.

Eighth graders will have additional commitments to prepare for the Sacrament of Confirmation which will be communicated separately to parents of incoming eighth graders. You can register for the Sacrament of Confirmation using this form too!

We are excited about serving our youth in this vibrant and creative way! We are prayerful this will be a powerful opportunity for our middle school students to grow closer to Jesus through His Church.

Registration Fee: $40 (helps cover the cost of curriculum and supplies)
