COUGAR CAMP REGISTRATION IS FULL AT THIS TIME If additional spots for Cougar Camp become available, you will be contacted via email. *** REGISTRATION DETAILS Cougar Camp begins on June 2nd and concludes on August 1st. Camp will be closed on July 4th in observance of Independence Day. Cougar Camp tuition is $190 per week, per child. By registering for camp, you are agreeing to the cost of tuition for the entire summer. We do not allow mid-summer withdrawals and there are no discounts for missed days, or partial days. Camp hours are 7am until 5:45pm each day. Early morning care is available from 6am until 7am for an additional $25 per child, per day. For children picked up after 5:45pm, there is a Late Pickup Fee of $10 per 15 minute interval. Camp tuition and any additional fees will be invoiced through FACTS. Registration for Cougar Camp is available only via our website. Registration will be available on a first come, first serve basis until we reach capacity for campers. We do have a limited number of spots available for campers! Your spot is secure once we have received both your registration form and registration fee. The registration fee will be debited from your FACTS account on May 9th. Late registration will only be accepted if space is available. An additional $35 will be added for late registrations (after April 25th). TUITION Tuition for camp will be paid through our FACTS system on June 1st, July 1st and August 1st. SNACKS + LUNCH Morning and afternoon snacks will be provided. We will NOT have an option to buy lunch during the summer. Each child will need to bring lunch in a brown bag, or lunch box, each day. Each Wednesday will be an ice cream day and each Friday will be a pizza day. These are included in your tuition. CAMP SCHEDULE + ACTIVITIES We will have weekly themes with age appropriate crafts and activities to go along. A special guest will be scheduled to come almost every week. Water days will be held on Fridays, to include sprinklers, splash pads, and water tables. We allow plenty of room for freeplay so children can enjoy their summer and use their imaginations with friends! More information regarding supplies and what to bring will be provided closer to summer. VBS REGISTRATION Cougar Camp participants have access to early registration for Vacation Bible School (VBS). If registering for VBS via this form, you will receive discounted tuition for VBS. If registering for VBS, the VBS registration fee will be deducted from your FACTS account on May 9th as well. VBS registration is $30 per student for Cougar Camp participants. ONLY STUDENTS K4 AND UP FOR THE 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR ARE ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND VBS.
