Thank you for your interest in St. Gabriel's Pre-Cana marriage preparation retreat. This registration form requires detailed information about the bride, groom, parents of the couple and wedding attendants. The form will take between 10-15 minutes to complete and will require payment of $120 via credit card upon completion. This retreat will be in-person and both the bride and the groom must attend. Fields marked with an * are required. It is ESSENTIAL that you complete all fields accurately and in full so that the Parish has the necessary information to help prepare for your Wedding Day. As part of this, we kindly request contact information for your parents and wedding attendants. If any of these contacts are not applicable or you prefer not to provide them (e.g., due to a loss or personal circumstances), please enter "N/A" or zeros in the required fields so you may proceed with registration. Please note you can begin this registration and save for later completion. Once completed, your confirmation will include a link to further details regarding the day.
