Re-Enrollment: 2026-2027

This form is for re-enrollment for current students of Corpus Christi Catholic School for the 2026-2027 school year. Siblings of current students may be enrolled using this same form.

Re-enrollment for current families for the 2026-2027 school year is open January 7th through midnight on January 21st. Please complete the form on this page to indicate if you would like to re-enroll your current student(s) for the coming year. In order to enroll your student(s) for the upcoming school year, complete the form on this page and sign the tuition agreement by Friday, January 21st.

The enrollment fee of $150 per student will be debited through the FACTS program on February 10th. State law requires that students entering Kindergarten must be five years old by September 1, 2026.

Please note, an application form is required for all new students, even if that student is a sibling of a current student.
