2026 VBS Registration

This is the official registration form for Vacation Bible School. Use this form to register your child(ren) for Vacation Bible School in Milroy.

T-shirts are included with registration for the Cottonwood and Marshall locations if registered by May 15.
T-shirts are included with registration for Milroy if registered by July 5.

Late registrations will not include a t-shirt, as orders must be placed in advance.
