Stewardship Form

In grateful response to my Baptismal call from God, I will accept my basic call to Discipleship by:
- Mass attendance every Saturday PM/Sunday
- Daily personal/family prayer
- Monthly Confession
- Giving financial support each week
Beyond these, I would like to begin to deepen my Discipleship commitment to Christ by volunteering in these areas:

PRAYER AND WORSHIP
