Parents of students in Preschool-8th grades must have a car dismissal tag when picking up their student(s) in carline from St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School. If you are a returning family, please complete this online form if your family does not have its car dismissal tag from last year and needs a new tag/tags for the upcoming school year. St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School will provide two car dismissal tags for each new school family. Please complete this online form ONLY if your family needs more than two car dismissal tags.
