After School Care Registration Form (2026-2027)

Please fill out the information below to register your child for Afterschool Care for the 2026-2027 school year. There is a $30.00 registration fee per family that will be debited from your FACTS account on the 20th of September. Those that register after August 6th will also incur a $25.00 late registration fee. All ASC fees will be debited from your FACTS account on the 20th of each month.
