Registration for the 2026-2027 catechetical year.
Corpus Christi offers Faith Formation for children and teens from Kindergarten through Grade 12. Please complete one form for each family. You may register up to five children on this form.

INSCRIPCIÓN PARROQUIAL
Families registering children for Faith Formation must be registered with Corpus Christi Catholic Church. If your family is not yet registered, you will be directed to the Parish registration form after completing this Faith Formation registration.
Las familias que inscriban a sus hijos en Formación de Fe deben estar registradas en la Parroquia de Corpus Christi. Si su familia aún no está registrada, al terminar esta inscripción será dirigida al formulario de registro parroquial.

PARENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Parent participation is part of Faith Formation. At least one parent or legal guardian must attend each required parent meeting, Sacramental meeting, retreat, rehearsal, or program gathering for the child’s program.
La participación de los padres es parte de la Formación de Fe. Al menos uno de los padres o tutores legales debe asistir a cada reunión de padres, reunión sacramental, retiro, ensayo o encuentro requerido por el programa del hijo. *

Sunday Mass is the center of Catholic life and an essential part of Faith Formation. Families are expected to attend Mass each Sunday and on Holy Days of Obligation.
