CYO-Application for Financial Assistance

Sponsored by: St. Peter's CYO Youth Group

Each year, the youth of St. Peter Parish raise money specifically for the purpose of aiding struggling families with the payment for retreats and other youth oriented events.

Funds are allotted based upon the amount of time a youth has given in service to the youth group and parish community, as well as the level of financial need.
Disbursement is determined by the Pastor. If requesting funds for a particular event, e.g. March for Life, those requesting funds for their first time attending will be considered first.

Please note, all information disclosed will remain confidential, only being viewed by the Youth Minister and/or Pastor.

All money given will be in the form of a check. The check will either be sent directly to the retreat center or it will be given as a reimbursement to the applicant.
