Encouragement Request

Encouragement Request

Here at Faith, we believe God calls us to support and love one another. Whether we can support you through one of our Encouragement Ministries or through our Prayer Ministry, we want you to know we're here.

To submit an encouragement ministry request, please provide the following information. Our Faith staff will receive your request and follow up.

If this is a life-threatening emergency, please dial 911.

Homebound Communion & Hospital Visitation

Our Homebound Communion and Hospital Visitation team is here to accompany those who are elderly, unable to attend worship, or in the hospital. The people on this team are here to provide spiritual support, communion and company when you are unable to attend worship or experiencing a difficult life situation.

Meals

Our Meal Ministry here at Faith provides meals for individuals or families who are going through a difficult or transitional life situation such as a death, illness, surgery, move, or birth of a baby. There is no shame in asking for a hand during hardships we experience in life. On the contrary, your family of faith is here to support you and help take this one small burden off your plate.

One-on-One Care

If you are going through a difficult time and would like someone to listen, support and help you find answers, we have Stephen Ministers available to walk with you. Our Stephen Ministry team here at Faith is trained to provide you with a Christ-centered, safe, confidential conversation to help guide you through whatever you are experiencing. If you are a veteran or active military member, you can also have a HEROES Care provider (Stephen Minister with additional training) to guide and support you. Throughout life, we all struggle to go through hardship. God calls us to support and love one another; if you are in need of support, we're here to listen.
