Here at Faith we believe in developing Relationships That Matter, so we created the Childcare Reimbursement Stipend to help offset the burden of childcare cost to families or groups in need. Below are plan details. Please read them carefully and submit the form below to submit your reimbursement request. You can find complete plan details on our website on the Small Groups page. Plan Details: For Individual Families $7 an hour per family for children ages 8 and under / $21 or 3 hours maximum per meeting / $63 or 3 meeting maximum per month. For Groups No more than 2 families may claim the Family Childcare Stipend per group. Groups with more than 2 families claiming a Family Childcare Stipend may opt to claim a Group Childcare Stipend for the amount spent per hour with a maximum of $15 an hour / $45 or 3 hours maximum per meeting / $135 or 3 meeting maximum per month. Group Leaders will need to get approval from the Groups Coordinator before the Group Childcare Stipend can be claimed.
Only submit requests for one month at a time. All requests must be submitted within two months of small group meeting dates.
