1. practicing Catholics in good standing living a life of faith as befits the role of a godparent,
2. who are at least 16 years of age,
3. who have been confirmed and received the holy Eucharist, and
4. if married, the godparent must be married in the Catholic Church or had their marriage blessed by the Catholic Church.

IF THE GODPARENT DOES NOT FULFILL ANY OF THESE REQUIREMENTS, PLEASE DO NOT FEEL OUT THE QUESTIONS LISTED BELOW, AND CONTACT THE PARISH OFFICE AT THE EARLIEST CONVENIENCE.

2. que tengan al menos 16 años de edad,

4. si está casado, el padrino debe estar casado en la Iglesia Católica o tener su matrimonio bendecido por la Iglesia Católica.
