Scripture Study 2020-2021
Groups will meet once every two weeks. In order to get the most out of the study, please be ready to participate. There are no requirements to participate. However, the more work you put in before we meet will make a difference. Reading the Scripture verses, using the workbook and/or watching the videos on your own time will be opportunities for you to grow in your love of God's Word.
Although doing some work the week before class is best, we want you to participate even if you can't put in any work. Just showing up to the small group and listening is enough. However, please come ready to learn and listen.
Discussion between small group members will not only help you but also your peers. This will be your small group for the year.
Groups will be assigned by age and gender. If you wish to be in a group with someone, please list that person in the space below. Graduating seniors will be in groups for the remaining summer weeks and will move online beginning the week of August 17th.
We plan to meet in person, when we can, while adhering to the current social distancing guidelines. Times and days will be determined. It will not be on Tuesday or Sunday evenings. At times we may meet online using Skype or Google Meets and participate in discussion forums using Edmodo.
There will be at least one adult leader for each small group.
Once you register, you will be contacted with further information regarding course materials, small groups, and meeting days/times.
You must be a member of the St. Peter CYO to participate. You can register for the youth group using the Registration Form on the website.
Please be sure to fill out a COVID Waiver Form available on the website.
