Diocese of Helena End-of-life Questionnaire

My brothers and sisters in Christ,
An important ministry of the Church that is often overlooked is the Rite of Christian Burial. It can be difficult to think about the end of our time on earth, but it's important for us to make our end of life plans.
By making sure our loved ones know our final wishes, we provide an act of loving service at a time when they gather to remember us in gratitude and grief.
To help Catholics make important end-of-life decisions, the Diocese of Helena is working with Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services and we are in need of your input.
Whether you plan to be laid to rest at a Diocesan or Parish Cemetery or the Catholic section of your local cemetery, your responses will be a blessing to the families of our diocese.
Thank you in advance for your help.
In Christ, I am
Bishop Austin A. Vetter
